Host Ryan Gable will be examine the methods by which our society determines intelligence and genius. Why are certain people in certain fields of study considered superior in intellect to others? Are great artists not as talented as a mathematician? Ryan will talk about the implications of what our world would be like and how we would all think if intelligence was not defined by IQ or standard testing, but yet real world application of imaginative qualities. Some with “disorders” such as Autism or Aspergers may seem strange or odd, but many display characteristics, of genius, something not determined even by our paper testing. If more children were allowed to create rather than repeat, imagine the result this would have on our collective conscious!
